Cursillo Application
The Secretariat has updated and published this application for Cursillo weekends. It is a four-page document that you may download using
the link below.
The version published by the Cursillo office is printed on 11 x 17 paper, folded. You may simply print the pages single-sided or two-sided on 8.5 x 11 paper.
--Page 1 describes the Cursillo movement, the three-day weekend, and the Fourth Day.
--Page 2 is the application for the candidate, priest, and sponsor to complete.
--Page 3 is information for sponsors.
--Page 4 is a "wrapper" for mailing. If you don't plan to mail the application, print only the first three pages.
Although we expect that sponsors will give candidates only the first two pages, do not worry if candidates or other folks see the information primarily intended for sponsors. This is a way for us to be more open about the Movement and what it means for both candidates, sponsors, and the community.
The document is readable in Adobe Acrobat---you can download the free "reader" at Adobe's website. Please print out the application, complete it, and mail it to us as instructed on the form.
